With a power to weight ratio ranging from less than 10.0 Lbs per Horsepower to a low of 3.5 Lbs per horesepower the Mk III is at worst equal and in most cases better than every supercar made today. When you factor in performance per dollar ratios the Factory Five Mk III Cobra Roadster is hands down the best performance car you will ever build. 

With Zero to 60 Times in the high 3 second range and not uncommon 10 second quarter mile passes these cars haul! With a modest budget and a careful build you will be the acknowledged king of the road!

Performance is one thing, but the mark of a really good car is one that performs AND handles and on that count the Factory Five Chassis Performs like nothing else out there. With routine skid pad performance in the range of one to one point five lateral G this car handles better than virtually everything elso on the road today.

Of equal importance to Handling and Performance is the cars ability to stop! When you recall that all of  the cars stock brake package came out of a 3800 Lb Mustang and realize that the MkIII Cobra weighs in at a trim 2200 Lbs it is easy to see that even with the the stock Mustang Brakes this is a car that will stop as good as it will go! And thats before you go to the optional big brake packages!

 Best of all these claims are backed up by a staggering number of wins that  Factory Five owners have racked up over the years on autocross and road race circuits all over North America .

Bottom line on these cars is you can spend more money on a different Cobra but you will not find a better, faster,  harder performing Cobra out there anywhere!
